Transferring a booking to a different date


If you are unable to attend a class and would like to attend on a different date 

1. Login to Kuula

2. Go the top right corner of the screen to access the menu
3. Click ‘Activity’ 
4. Find 'Bookings' on the left hand side 
4. Find your booking here and you will see the option to cancel it. 

Once you click cancel you will find the teacher's email address in the textbox - you can then email them directly to arrange a credit or access to a different date.

Please note: transferring a booking to a different date is dependant on each individual teacher's policy and is at the teacher's discretion.
